Where do you ship?

When will my order ship?

Each order is made to order and requires 2–7 business days for production before it is shipped. Once ready, your package will be dispatched from our warehouse, with estimated delivery times ranging from 7–14 business days depending on your location.

Shipping times may vary by country and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that during high-demand periods or due to external logistical factors, both production and shipping may experience slight delays beyond our control.

Can I modify my order?

After placing your order, you have a 24-hour window to request any changes to your order details or shipping information. To make a modification, please contact us within this timeframe at classicpaddockstore@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

After 24 hours, changes can no longer be guaranteed, as your order may already be in production or processing.

What is your Returns & Refunds policy?

All sales are final, and we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed. For this reason, we strongly recommend reviewing product details, sizing, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at classicpaddockstore@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the case and provide an appropriate solution.
